SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1-5 bussiness days. If there is a hold up for any reason, I will contact you via email and let you know.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over 50$ CAD get free shipping. The discount codes can be combined.

DAMAGES & DELAYS 

I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address I'll not refund you the shipping cost.

If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please contact me by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you have received it.

MISSING PACKAGES

For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, please contact starryluvmedia@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that I am not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to me.

RETURNS
